Although the Colombian Government does not require a negative PCR test result for COVID-19
to allow the entrance to the country, it is advisable for the participant who has obtained this certificate, to show it to the organizers at on-site registrations on November 29. Validity accepted up to 72 hours.
The AAPA LATINO organizers strongly recommend
the participants to obtain an international travel insurance, including COVID-19 coverage and medical assistance.
The participant understands that the organizers have made available all the current information
with regard to requirements and documentation to travel to Colombia,
as well as the protocols established by the Cartagena International Airport, the Hilton Cartagena Hotel (event venue)
and those to apply throughout the entire Congress.
The participant understands and accepts that the organizers will not reimburse or cover any expenses
incurred as a result of a potential infection.
With the main purpose of guaranteeing the development of the Congress in the safest possible manner, the organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions of registration
or to add new clauses without prior notice.
