Colombia does not require a foreign visa to citizens from over 85 countries, who can enter the country as tourists. Such is the case of citizens from most countries on the American and European continents.
The citizens from Mercosur countries (Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay) can enter with their Identity Card (Documento Nacional de Identidad) or a valid passport.
The citizens of other nationalities are required to present their valid passport.
If you enter the country by car, in addition to the aforementioned requirements, you must present the following original documents and a copy of each: the vehicle title, a notarized authorization in the case of not being the owner of the vehicle, a driver's license and the imprints of the vehicle (or another identification permitting the identification of the car).
No vaccines or other requirements apply to travel to Cartagena.
